- Visiting Hours: The memorial is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM all days except national holidays. Entry may be restricted during maintenance, private events, or security reasons.
- Ticket Policy: Entry may require a valid ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Ensure to carry a digital or printed ticket at entry points.
- Code of Conduct: Visitors are expected to behave respectfully. Avoid any act of vandalism, littering, loud behavior, or offensive language. Any damage caused shall be penalized.
- Photography & Filming: Non-flash photography is allowed for personal use only. Videography or commercial shoots require prior permission from the Memorial Authority.
- Safety & Security: Security checks are mandatory. Dangerous or restricted items like weapons, explosives, or sharp tools are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Children and Elderly: Children must be accompanied by adults. Necessary facilities for senior citizens and differently-abled visitors are available for ease of access.
- Use of Personal Information: Any personal details collected via online bookings or feedback are kept confidential and used only for administrative or service improvement purposes.
- Restricted Areas: Visitors must not enter non-public areas, staff-only zones, archives, or administrative offices unless authorized.
- Emergency Protocols: In case of emergency (fire, medical issue, etc.), follow staff instructions and use marked emergency exits.
- Educational Tours: Schools and colleges must book in advance for group visits. A responsible adult must accompany students throughout the visit.
- Environmental Responsibility: Help keep the memorial clean. Use dustbins and avoid touching artifacts and walls unnecessarily.
